The extended plant growth on this campsite is a real eyecatcher. Vigna sul Mar offers you direct access to the beach and lets you profit fully of the sun and the sea. In one of the three pools with new slides, and amongst which one a children's pool, you and your family can find the needed cooling off. Although it is hard to chose which one of the pools feels best for you. However due to the mid-day rest between 13 and 15 o'clock (local time zone) this choice will definitely be the sea! The animations tower of the mini club of Vigna sul Mar will help your children to make new friends. Directly besides the campsite lays the town Lido di Pomposa, a nice coastal city with a beach where you can rent parasols and chairs. Also excursions are organised from here, think hereby of an evening boat trip on the sea or a bus trip to the nature parks of the Po-delta. If you want to explore the region on your own a visit to Ravenna is a must. This roman harbor city has many buildings from the Roman time left. Especially the mosaics in some of these buildings are world famous and an aboslute must visit. Close to Ravenna lays Miralandia, a theme park with attractions like a ferris wheel, roaler coasters, a monorail and a wild water slide. We also recommend you to visit Rimini, which is a famous seaside resort and especially popular amongst teenagers for the many night clubs.
