KNAUS campsite Hennesee is located in the middle of the famous mountainregion of Sauerland, directly on the banks of the Hennesee. You stay between the Arnsberger Wal and Homert nature parks.
The heated swimming pool is open all year. For water fun you can also visit the beautiful reservoir, the Hennesee, where you can relax on the recreational lake and the large lawn. You have the opportunity to swim and take a dive from the diving island, but you can also practice various water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking, sailing, canoeing and fishing. For a fee you can use the sauna at the campsite.
For children there is a fun playground with a pirate ship at the Hennesee campsite. An Indian camp with an exciting adventure program is also being organized. And how about a visit to the children's farm, where you can enjoy some nice animals! In addition, there are one fire place on the campsite and in the recreation building you will find a pool table, TV, children's play corner and a youth room.
Active on vacation? At KNAUS camping Hennesee you can use the available outdoor fitness equipment. In addition, there is a basketball court, soccer field, table tennis table and boules court at the campsite. Moreover, the campsite is an excellent starting point for exploring the area by bicycle: you also have the option of renting a e-bike.
