Activities

While at Campingplatz Kinzigtal, you’ll have the opportunity to play sports, go for a swim or have a bite to eat at the traditional restaurant on site. The covered ping pong area is a great meeting place for the youngsters. Don’t forget about the entertainment program organized by the animation team.

One benefit of the rural setting of Kinzigtal is the many hiking and cycling trails nearby. This campsite is located in the Black Forest region, which is rich in green vegetation. There are plenty of things to do around the campsite, so check the bottom of the page for fun ideas.

When you’re ready for a meal or a drink, some facilities on site include the self-service shop for daily groceries and fresh bread every morning, the restaurant serving inter-regional dishes and the Beer Garden.

3-room mobile home Cozy for up to 4 people. The mobile home has 2 bedrooms. In the first bedroom you will find a double bed (140x190) and in the second bedroom you will find a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, cooker and kitchenware. Bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. Outside you will find a semi-covered terrace with garden furniture.

Right next to Kinzigtal is the public swimming pool with diving slide, water slide and sun terrace. Camping Kinzigtal is located in the middle of the Black Forest, so you can experience beautiful cycling and hiking tours (also under supervision). You can also explore the surroundings on horseback. The campsite is a 15 minute walk to Steinach (1.2km) where you can eat and / or drink. Check out the Lookout Tower over Urenkopf just 4 km away for amazing views. Dorothee Wolfach glass blowing is less than 16 km away from Kinzigtal. 17km away is the Toboggan run of Gutach. The castle ruins of Huse in Hausach is but 5 km away, as well. For car enthusiasts, the Steim Car Collection in Schramberg is 30 km out. Take a visit to the old silver mine in Haslach-Schnellingen (3 km) or visit the historic town of Gengenbach (12 km), which is characterized by its wooden houses. From the campsite it is 32 km to Strasbourg and the French border. Europa Park in Rust is the largest and most beautiful amusement park in Germany, at 38 km away.
