These help us to improve our offerings and the published reviews serve as a guide for new guests in their search for their dream holiday. By completing the evaluation form, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw for a Rent-a-Tent travel voucher worth €500 for the 2025 camping season!

Conditions for submitting a review

  • The reviews are personal experiences of Rent-a-Tent guests.
  • A maximum of one rating per campsite is possible per booking.
  • Mentioning names is not permitted.
  • The opinion of others is respected.
  • Your answer will be checked by us and must not contain any swear words, advertising or discriminatory / insulting texts.
  • The review form is not intended for chatting and should not be used as a complaint form. If you have a complaint, please contact us by email.
  • Accommodation owners or other persons who may have an interest in the outcome of the assessment are not eligible to enter.
  • Rent-a-Tent reserves the right not to publish inappropriate information.
  • After completing the examination, your name (anonymously if necessary) and the length of your stay will be published together with the rating you submitted.
  • Rent-a-Tent reserves the right to use the data you have entered for marketing purposes.
  • By submitting the review digitally, you agree to these terms.

Terms and Conditions of Travel Voucher

  • Only guests who have booked accommodation with Rent-a-Tent in 2024 can participate.
  • Rent-a-Tent employees are excluded from participation.
  • One winner will be drawn from all entries on January 31, 2025 and will be contacted personally. In the following days, the winner will be announced on the Rent-a-Tent website.
  • The winner will receive a voucher worth €500 to be used towards a stay in a Rent-a-Tent* in 2025.
  • The winner can redeem the voucher throughout the 2025 season.
  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If not used, it will expire at the end of the 2025 season.
  • These terms are non-negotiable.
  • Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties and will only be used to contact the winner and to publish the winner's last name and the rating given on the above platforms.
  • Rent-a-Tent accepts no liability in relation to this promotion.
