Welcome to Campsite Fayolan, located in the countryside of Jura, France with direct access to Lake Clairvaux. The campsite Le Fayolan is located in the heart of breathtaking nature with its lakes, rivers, waterfalls, forests, vineyards and picturesque remote areas near some of the most beautiful villages of the Jura. A region to connect back to nature, where plenty of activities are possible!
Fayolan offers a heated water park for the whole family, a playground for the kids, a loft for the teens and plenty of facilities to entertain young and old alike.
Animation
Campsite Fayolan has a swimming pool paradise with water slides, a children's pool and an indoor, heated pool. There is also a lake with a sandy beach and a playground. All of this will make sure your children will stay entertained! During the season there are many activities organised for little children and teenagers, such as the aquagym, archery, sporting competitions, karaoke and dance evenings. There is even a game room and a gym.
Activities
Camping Le Fayolan has a multi-sports field and three playgrounds that all target different age groups. The active members of the family will be fully entertained by the Jura region, with day hikes, horseback riding, jet skis, ATV routes, kayaking, tree climbing courses, kite surfing, mountain biking and so much more!
For those of you who love wellness and spas Fayolan is the perfect choice! After a long day of fun activities you can enjoy the wellness centre with saunas, hammam and massage facilities.
As far as food and drink go, Campsite Fayolan has got you covered. All season you have direct access to the bar, bakery, grocery store, nice restaurant, snack shop, pizzeria and take away food right on the campsite!

The Jura is a region with green mountains that are covered in flowers, dense forests and of course the deep blue lakes. You can go for beautiful trips, either by foot, bike or car. All of these trips have in common that they provide you with beautiful sights. You can even walk over the high tops of the mountains, close to the waterfalls. Starting at Clairvaux-les-Lacs multiple biking and hiking routes have been made.
To get a good impression of the Jura you can follow the "Route des Vins du Jura" (the Jura wine route). Globally seen this route takes you from Arbois to Lons-le-Saunier, during the route there are many places one should see. Think hereby of the fairy tale like "Baume les Messieurs", hidden in the depths of a cave. But also the wine city of Arbois with an actual wine museum and the house of birth of Louis Pasteur. You can also visit the salt museum in the salt city Salins-les-Bains, where one can see how the "white gold" was mined. We surely recommend you to also do the "Route des Lacs", a route that takes you to many lakes.
For a visit to the lake of Geneva you need at least a complete day. This as there are many fun coastal cities to explore. The "Route des Lacs" is surely worth the trip!
