Activities
During your stay in Charente-Maritime, making extraordinary memories will be a daily event. At Séquoia Parc, all members of the family will find something that piques their interest. For the children, there are the Kid’s Clubs for those 4 to 12 years, open all season at no additional cost. The animation team organises workshops, games, picnics, competitions, treasure hunts, mini-shows and more, all while the kids make friends from around the world. For those 4 to 6 years old, the Minibou Club arranges painting, mask making, games and during the week they prepare for the kids show. The kids from 7 to 12 years can join the Ibou Club, where they can participate in sports tournaments, watch films, dance at the mini disco, learn new skills at workshops and more. Outside of the Kid’s Clubs, you’ll find plenty of other activities and facilities, like sports fields, playgrounds, pedal go-karts, the arcade room and of course, the extensive water park.
While the kids are away, the parents can play. Séquoia Parc isn’t just for kids; in fact, they offer much to be desired by all ages. The active members of the family can indulge in a game of water polo, football, basketball, tennis or pétanque, all with individual fields on the campsite. Of course there are also ping pong tables and a billiards room for more relaxing play. For even more relaxation, head over to the Les Brises Wellness et Fitness center, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, sensory shower, jacuzzi hot tub, hammam, massage cabins and the fitness area for cardio and weight training. The campsite is located in the Charente-Maritime region. This region has many islands and beaches. There is something for everyone: pristine islands, but also pleasant tourist islands in the region. Furthermore, there are enough historical cities and places in this area. Don’t forget about the history and art in the region. Cities such as Rochefort and Royan are well-known towns within this region. In addition, it is possible to take beautiful boat trips, where you can depart to the islands of the region, which the area is famous for.
