We recommend to go to the beach at least once, even if you do not like the beach. The beach here is truly beautiful. We also recommend to go visit the cities of Pisa (for the leaning tower of course), Vinci, San Gimignano and Lucca. The city of Florence is approximately 31 miles (50 km.) away, Florence has it all if you love history, art and culture. Florence can also be reached via bus. The children will also like the zoo of Pistoia. Via a walking path, you can walk to the town of San Baronto in 20 minutes, here you can walk through the old streets or buy locally produced products like the famous Chianti wines.
